This self-isolating can be a bit rough, however, one advantage to being at home is that you can receive counselling in a space of your choosing, amongst the things that you love. You get the freedom to decide where you want to sit, how you want to sit, and what you surround yourself with. Love your pot plants? I encourage you to have them with you in your counselling space. Love pillows? Why not bring them all! 

 

And after you have your perfect space set up, I will bring the authentic human connection.

 

I currently offer online sessions via Coviu, a secure, Australian based telehealth platform. I also offer phone counselling sessions. Sessions are $120.00 for an hour.
